How long does it take to complete a program?
A course takes between 10 and 15 hours to complete.
How long do I have to complete a program?
Your access period is shown on your program in My programs. Sign in with the email you enrolled with; no new password is needed.
When do I get my certificate?
After you have completed all the program requirements. If your program includes an emphasis, you receive it once you have completed the base program and the emphasis module.
How do I request an emphasis?
Open the Emphasis Request lesson in your program and describe the emphasis you want: its title, its focus, and even a job description relevant to it. Our team will ask clarifying questions and confirm it with you.
Emphases are offered at the discretion of the Center for Digital Studies. Whether an emphasis can be produced depends on the Center's availability and interest: emphases are not produced at all times of the year, and production runs may be limited. Submitting a request does not guarantee that an emphasis will be offered.
Are these certificate programs through a particular college?
These courses are independent programs assembled using input from academic and professional leaders in their respective disciplines. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by any particular college.
Where are my programs?
Everything you studied is in the Student Portal, with your progress. Sign in with the email you enrolled with and a one-time code.
